Laughter Workshop
Laughter is the best medicine, and there couldn’t be a time when we needed it more. In this structured workshop, laughter is used as the key method to release deep emotions and stress. Facilitator, Joshinder Chaggar, has been conducting laughter classes at Laneway Learning Melbourne since 2018. She has extensive experience in movement therapy, laughter therapy and completed her Honours in Dance Research.

Dance Workshop
Get out of your head and into your body! Break up a long day (or week) of intensive meetings with our dance workshops. These sessions are perfect for a 15-minute mini break, or as a longer team activity. Available in a huge range of fun, beginner friendly styles – Bollywood, HipHop, Belly Dance, Dance-Fitness & more! Guaranteed to get staff out of their chairs!

Live Dance Performance
Excite and impress your team, clients and staff with a live dance performance! Choose a colourful Bollywood dance extravaganza, a fierce hiphop routine, or a thrilling commercial act. We have numerous genres available, including Commercial, HipHop, Bellydance, Bollywood, Latin, Indian classical dance & specialised world dance (perfect for celebrating upcoming cultural events such as Diwali).

Gratitude, Breath & Mindfulness Meditation
We use the power of breath, guided mindfulness and gratitude meditation to help your staff journey inwards to a place of deep rest and profound stress release. These sessions can be undertaken whilst seated comfortably, and can be delivered live or pre-recorded if preferred. Facilitator Vaishali Budige is a qualified physiotherapist and trained yoga practitioner, with two decades of corporate injury management experience.

Sound & Energy Rejuvenate Workshop
Sound has been used as an instrument for thousands of years by many different cultures. The therapeutic application of sound is a powerful way of restoring health and wellness to mind, body and spirit. The sounds produced by Tibetan bowls, gongs and drums will leave staff feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, enabling greater focus and clarity. Facilitator Vaishali Budige is a qualified physiotherapist, with over two decades of corporate injury management experience. She has completed her yoga teacher training and courses in Reiki, Pranic Healing, Feldenkrais Method, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing.

How It Works

Our range of customisable programs are delivered by expert dancers, teachers & physiotherapists. We can conduct them face-to-face, at your worksite, or deliver them virtually, using your preferred video conference platform such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or YouTube Live.

All our workshops are flexible and can be extended for a more substantial group activity. Simply book in any time that suits you and your event. With people increasingly working from home and remote arrangements the new norm, it’s likely that wellbeing workshops will continue to be more important over time. Studio J’s wellbeing sessions are a low cost way to keep your staff & customers connected, active & engaged.
