All our Bolly courses are dedicated to the energy and joy of Bollywood dance!! Bollywood is a fusion of modern and traditional Indian, Jazz, Hip hop, Funk, Latin and Arabic dance styles. You will be dancing to the latest Bollywood Dance tracks as well as some classics, and taught by some of the best in the industry – Jaya Karan (Director & Co-founder of Sapphire Dance), Gerard Pigg (Artistic Director, Sapphire Dance), Ida Ghatge (certified Zumba instructor) and Joshinder Chaggar.

During these 8-week ‘Bollywood’ courses you will learn a number of Bollywood routines that you can whip out on any film set, dance floor or lounge room disco! These classes are for anyone who loves to dance, laugh and have fun. We offer Bollywood for absolute beginners (Thursdays 7.15pm) through to Bollywood Intermediate for those with some dance experience (Tuesdays 6pm).

Our BollyNatyam class is a unique mix of Bollywood and classical Indian dance, made increasingly popular thanks to the talented twins Poonam and Priyanka! This class is designed for those with who would like to explore classical aspects of Indian dance in a fun, unique way. This is an intermediate level class as some sections of the routine will incorporate complex footwork and rhythms. Previous background in dance and/or Indian classical would be optimal but not essential.

Bolly Fit & Bolly Zumba
Get a cardio workout whilst grooving to the hottest Bollywood songs! These classes combine fitness with the energy, expression and movement of Bollywood. An upbeat, fun class suitable for all dance levels.

Bollywood classes are on Tuesdays 6pm (Intermediate), Thursdays 7.15pm (Beginner) and Saturday 10am (Open level).

BollyNatyam is taught by Jaya Karan on Mondays 8.30pm.

Bolly Fit is taught by Joshinder Chaggar on Wednesdays 10am (1 hour class) and Thursdays 12.15pm (45 minute Express class).
